last friday, khairi said some dude from nusaputra call him to inform that house is almost completed, just final touchup, electrical and water supply and landscaping still left.
i simply could not believe what i heard, since last time i visit, sh*t still everywhere.
out of curiosity, i pay a visit after completing aqiqah assignment for anak sedara mariam (this would be another great entry later). And i am very happy with the progress. So far what’ve been told is true.
i heard next month they will submit a CF, if all smooth and as expected, probably in 3-4months most probably we can start doing renovation (grill, lamp, fan etc…)… did someone mention kitchen cabinet? – no budget ok. ***run away… far far away…**

Saya baru beli rumah di precint 1 (sub-sale) & dr gallery ni banyak dapat idea nak renovate rumah yang sedia ada.. design tak banyak berubah cuma kelemahan2 dari precint 1 byk improved di precint 2.. porch depan takde pillar & taklah membukit, dapur extend sampai belakang, tingkap belakang dll.. tahniah bro.. teruja melihatnya..

tapi bila membeli precinct 2 tu harga nya melambung compared dari precinct 1, tak tahu lah berapa pulak harga precinct2 lepas ni..
tak sabar nk dok umah baru… tp banyak pening woo mau masuk rumah baru….
adakah ‘idaman’ akan menjadi kenyataan…???

You guys dah check defect? Brp lama diorang nak repair defeect agak2 eh?
sy dah check defect, diorg tg repair skrg… lebih kuang 1bulan estimatn time
ha’aah saya pun dah check, diorang mintak 1 month utk fix defect. tapi takat ni dah 3 weeks since diorang inspect, tadi i pergi still tak fix lagi
bnyk gak jumpa dgn bakal2 jiran masa ke sana.. so far ok lah semua friendly2 n baik2 belaka.
wow lama tu nak reper defect…hmm…..api air pon belum masuk lagi…

Sronoknye rumah baru??? Pening kepala bila nak amik kunci,late payment about 2k,gaduh2 ngan Foo n Lee,dpt le 1.7k ++,deposit renovation 1.5k, deposit meter air sementara 80, gaduh sikit,dptle free. I ingat xpayah le bayar deposit meter air lagi,cukuple deposit yg kita bayar dulu,depa yg xbuat kerja ikut rule,bukan kita.Bersatulah bawah persatuan kita.
Kalu nak kontraktor yang kerja baguih, boleh juga tengok kerja yg dia buat dgn harga yang cukup berpatutan di rumah saya.

lama dah tak drop in sini. Btw, celcom hsdpa sini ok jek, i worked with Celcom, berbangganya rasa… hehe.
Alhamdulillah dh get to know jiran, byk ekk Malay owned umah sini, alhamdulillah. Dah almost 2 bln dok sini semua ok. Dulu i buat defect pun experience benda yg sama, late fix. Tapi kena push they all, i tangkat terus kepala kontraktor yg responsible, they called him Yono. Mmg kena push sket baru keje jln, hehe. Jom kita fight ramai2 kat management mintak turunkan cost maintenance fee bln2 nak? Selalu i dgr umah taman lain yg gated maintenance fee diorg dlm 30-40 jek sebln. Ni sampai 80 sebulan, dh double tuh..

Btw, i ada dgr ada 1 jiran i nih dia buat plaster ceiling all over in house (end lot) only rm4.5k jek… really quite good price huh? Just imagine yg intermediate unit pun dah 3320sqf nikan pulak end lot. Pastuh dpt harga murah mmg bestttttt !!!. Tapi i dah stay la pulak in the house, so nxt year bonus budget ler… aminnnnnnnn…
