we already set our target to have pancake for lunch (paddington house of pancake)
We have no intention or whatsoever to eat rib today, but since we’re passing through the tony roma, im peeping to their menu to see if they have anything new. however we end up having a full rack tony roma’s rib for yesterday’s lunch.
How? The staff waiting infront of the restaurant is very courteous, friendly and cheerful. They’re proactively giving opinion, tips, advice to you. Drink is also free if you stick some tatoo sticker. and 10% off if your total bill exceed RM100. Im sold – lets have some rib even you feel like eating a lempeng today.
But hey, after lunch, i have no regret at all.. I think this is the best tony roma’s chain i’ve ever eaten (better than Curve and Sunway). I believe they have way to standardize the ingredient and taste – but the ribs just tasted better here. Sorry i didnt catch their name – but one young malay lady waiting at front and one tall indian guy have our credit for being nice to us (their customer). The best.
Try pyramid or curve.. I dont know about you guys but I think i have problem with ex-pat (filipino and bangla) waiters / waitress. They’re just not that friendly and i have problem understanding their western-slang-wannabe english – They just dont make it. Local always offer the best hospitality that could generate loyal and returning customer.
