a lot of people landed on my blog looking for nusaputra new phase. so hopefully this entry will give you a rough idea on bandar nusaputra precinct 2 new phase – gemilang.
land size is 22 x 70 , the house is quite spacious since it stretch to the fullest at the back.
room : 4 room / 3 bathroom
built up area : 2500+ sq feet

thanks for dropping by aida… i suggest you pay a visit to both amanputra and nusaputra gemilang. not sure about amanputra but nusaputra gemilang is gated and when sales agent bawa you nanti, dia tunjuk real unit bukan showhouse sbb gemilang mmg tak ada showhouse. Personally i think the new phase design is fresh and modern. Saya suka
nanti interchange bukak (currently is in rapid development) lagi senang nak ke kl
but we all expect the price would increase as well.
I just booked 1 unit there…. hope everything will be fine…. Very spacious and 2500sq.ft – thsiis the cheapest i found….
But take note the land landing on Sepang district but the price like Selangor ….

So far…ada sesiapa tak yg boleh bg tau saya..sama ada masih ada lg tak rumah kat cnie yg masih belum dijual…maksud saya beli boleh beli drp developer…
kalau ada…boleh bg tau saya tak..macam mana nak contact dgn sales person tu….
lg..satu …rumah nie..leased hold ke..atau freehold.

i think the just launched the 3rd phase – precinct 2 recently, you can come and visit the sales office during office hour
since the concept is built n sell, they build like one row for each phase consist of only 30-40 houses only.
it’s lease hold.
I saw in newspaper there is new launching for semi d.
any idea where to get the floor plan?
what is price like?
if my memory serve me right, there are no semi-D houses launched yet in precinct 2. what you probably saw in the start newspaper is the precinct 1 semi-D. the house have been fully built.

i tgh browse the net to find info bout nusaputra projects n info bout developer. m thinkin of buying latest semi-D (sutera) but got spooked by series of -ve comments by residents. Then found ur blog so nak minta ur opinion, Blh tolong? Thx a million.
kalau supermarket paling dekat utk shopping brg2 basah rumah ada tak?mcm mana dgn komuniti nusaputra?ok tak?surau dh ada ke?apa kebaikan tgal di nusaputra?
If you are getting simple daily groceries there are lots of shops near by. I have taken a drive in the surrounding ares and there are hardware shops, laundromats, sundry shops and even a pasar malam once a week. for the monthly shopping i suggest going to the TESCO in Puchong or going to the Giant in Puncak Perdana. I know its a bit far.
saya tinggal di nusaputra precint 2. gemilang. kerja di gombak.
seronok tinggal di sana. walaupun jauh sikit tapi bila hujung minggu, senyap dan aman. datangla tgk rumah waktu petang. serene. berbaloi.
walaupun interchange belum officially buka tapi boleh guna jalan tu untuk ke MEX. dalam 30 mins sampaila ofis.
surau? ada tapak di Precint 2 tapi belum dibina.
Pasaraya untuk bahan basah banyak. kedai makan untuk relaks pun banyak.
yang penting ada banyak jalan connected to Nusaputra. banyak pilihan.
balik pukul 6 ptg, dalam 6.40 sampai depan pintu rumh. not bad aiyy?
untuk kereta 1.3 cc, minyak bulan2 RM350. Tol pula RM100. okla.
kalau interchange tu buka mmg x dinafikan berbaloi esp like me yg keje di putrajaya but others facilities like taska(nursery) untuk anak-anak area mana paling dekat?
